The Inspiration of Folly

Let it not be said that the Falconer Report is without merit. I have spent the afternoon reading the Executive Summary of that document and was seized with inspiration to pen the following:

FALCONER

'What is the school, O students?
It is I:
I, this incessant row,
This northern sty;
Students, this decrepitude
Through which we go
Is I.'
